How it works!
Imagine a selection of fresh and healthy fruits. Picture strawberries, grapes, maybe kumquat and all manner of classic and exotic fruits layered with your favourite cream or yogurt coating. Dip them in a fresh fruit puree or seep them in a rich dark Belgian chocolate. Decorate it with any variety of flamboyant toppings like crushed nuts or caramel crystals and freeze, for only a few seconds in liquid nitrogen until crispy cold on the outside and deliciously soft and succulent within.
