Haal stukjes vers fruit, cake of marsmallows door dips en dompel deze vervolgens 5 sec. onder in de icefondue met stikstof van min 196 graden celcius. Op deze manier kan je met allerlei dip- combinaties ijs-tapas maken. Dit nieuwe tafelritueel is bij een aantal restaurants in Nederland en Belgie te bestellen.
